General Terms for Booking on Our Vacation Rental Website

1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") regulate bookings for accommodations made through our vacation rental website https://plazaestates.es (hereinafter referred to as "Website"). By confirming a booking, the guest declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, which will apply from the moment of confirmation.

2. Booking and Confirmation
2.1. To make a booking, the guest must complete the booking form on our Website and provide accurate and complete information.
2.2. The booking will be considered confirmed when the guest receives a confirmation email that includes the booking details and applicable terms and conditions.
2.3. The booking is made for the vacation rental property between the host, the property owner, and the guest. Plaza Estates, unless otherwise specified, acts as the owner's authorised agent, managing the relationship between the two parties.

3. Payment
3.1. The guest agrees to pay the total booking amount as per the rates and deadlines specified on the Website.
3.2. The total price includes taxes and additional charges specified on the Website at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation
4.1. The cancellation policies will be specified on the Website and may vary depending on the property and the season.
4.2. The guest is responsible for reviewing and understanding the cancellation policies before making a booking.

5. Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
From 30 days before arrival, a 100% penalty of the stay applies.
Modifications and Changes
5.1. Any request for modifications or changes to the booking must be made via our email [email protected] and is subject to availability and approval.
5.2. Additional fees may apply for changes to the booking, as per our policies.

6. Check-in and Check-out
6.1. The guest must follow the check-in and check-out procedures provided in the confirmation email.
6.2. Unless otherwise specified, the check-in time is between 16:00 and 23:00, and the check-out time is at 10:00.

7. Emergency Contact and Claims
7.1. In case of emergencies or serious incidents related to the property, the guest can contact the Agency at the emergency phone number: +34 952 524 191 (available exclusively for urgent cases). For any non-urgent communication, please use the email [email protected], which is available at any time.
7.2. Claims regarding damages must be reported within the first 48 hours after accessing the property.
7.3. For bookings made through book.plazaestates.es, the guest must pay a deposit for damages. The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days after the stay, unless incidents are detected.
7.4. The guest agrees to pay the deposit in case of damages during their stay.

8. Guest Obligations
8.1. The guest agrees to use the property responsibly, respect community rules, and avoid activities that may cause damage or disturbance.
8.2. The guest is responsible for damages caused during their stay and must cover the related costs.

9. Liability
9.1. The agency is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or accident occurring during the guest’s stay.
9.2. We will not be held responsible for interruptions of essential services (water, electricity, internet) due to factors beyond our control.
9.3. Guests are advised to purchase appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or unforeseen events.

10. Privacy
10.1. The personal data provided by the guest will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR regulations.
10.2. By confirming the booking, the guest consents to the processing of their data for managing the booking.

11. Applicable Law
11.1. The parties agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Torrox for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
11.2. In case of discrepancies between versions in different languages, the Spanish version shall prevail.

12. Modification of Terms
12.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be available on the Website and will apply from their publication date.
12.2. By making a booking, the guest declares they have read, understood, and accepted the current Terms.
