Located in a quiet area of Nerja, less than a 5-minute walk from Torrecilla Beach and just 10 minutes from the iconic Balcón de Europa, this home combines comfort, simplicity, and an excellent location.
The house is spread over two floors and features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and two terraces.
Access is through the ground-floor terrace. Upon entering, you’ll find a welcoming living room with air conditioning and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. At the back of the kitchen, a door leads to a small interior patio with a washing machine and stairs that take you to the rooftop terrace, equipped with two sun loungers and lovely sea views.
Upstairs, you’ll find the two bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, while the other features a trundle bed with two single mattresses. Both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning for added comfort.
The house also includes a TV, Wi-Fi connection, and everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Pet policy:
Small dogs (up to approximately 10 kg) are allowed. Larger pets or other animals are not permitted. Please note that pet supplies are not included and must be brought by the owner.
Access and privacy:
You’ll have access to the entire property, except for a few private storage areas that will remain locked.
We fully respect your privacy. We will not be present during your stay, but if you need anything, we’ll be happy to assist you from our office in the center of Nerja. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Mandatory online check-in:
Online check-in must be completed at least 24 hours before arrival, Including the signing of rental agreements as part of the online check-in process. You will receive a link a few days prior to your stay. If the form is not completed in time, access to the property will not be possible.
Self check-in:
All arrivals are self check-in using a secure key box located at the entrance of the property. Access details will be sent on the day of arrival before 4:00 PM.
Check-in and check-out times:
Must be strictly observed. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.
Bed linen and towels:
– For stays of 10 nights or more, beds will be made, and each guest will receive a set of towels. Extra sheets and towels will be provided in the wardrobes, depending on the number of guests.
– For stays of 9 nights or less, beds will be prepared and each guest will have one set of towels. No additional linen or towels will be left unless requested in advance for an extra fee.
Rooftop terrace:
Two sun loungers are available for your enjoyment. No additional loungers are provided.
Accessibility:
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.
Travel cot and high chair available on request and at an extra cost.
