Strategically located in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the Balcón de Europa and the town center. Decorated with taste and comfort, the house boasts underfloor heating in both bathrooms and safety measures such as a fireproof blanket in the kitchen.
As a multi-story house, caution is advised when traveling with babies or small children, as there are no safety gates for them. The apartment keys will be provided by our real estate agency, PLAZA ESTATES, in Nerja, and we will be available from 10 am to 17 pm, Monday to Friday, and 10h to 14h saturday.
The best location in Nerja, peaceful and only about 10 minutes from the center. Nearby, there are supermarkets, pharmacies, schools, cafes, gyms, and the Carabeillo beach approximately 10 minutes away on foot. No need for a car, as everything is within walking distance. Additionally, there is a local bus stop next to the house connecting to the center and various locations in Nerja.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as access involves climbing some stairs. There is also a private pool on the rooftop.
Rules:
Autonomous check-in through a key box.
No noise is allowed.
Documentation is required for all individuals over 14 years staying in the house.
Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult due to stairs and the pool.
The barbecue in the interior patio cannot be moved for safety reasons.
No smoking.
No pets allowed.
