This is a space with a decoration that harmoniously blends classic and modern styles, creating a cozy and bright atmosphere. The house provides full access to all areas, except for the garage.
With the intention of giving our guests freedom, we provide them with total autonomy in our home. Arrival is done autonomously through a key box located at the house's door. Detailed information about this process is provided on the same day of arrival before 4 p.m.
We are available for any needs from our office at PLAZA ESTATES in Nerja, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, we provide an emergency phone number.
During stays, it is possible that the pool maintenance staff may access the house.
The house is equipped with terrace furniture, including 2 loungers.
Punta Lara is a large urbanization located on the west slope of Nerja, in front of the well-known Hotel Marinas de Nerja and its apartments. It consists of residences, vacation rentals, and villas.
The center of Nerja, the Balcony of Europe, is approximately a 30-minute walk away, either via the main road (N-340) or, more pleasantly, through Playazo beach with its bars, beach bars, and restaurants. At the entrance of the urbanization, there is a local bus stop that connects to the town center.
Although the use of a car is not necessary, it is recommended for greater convenience. The walk to the town center takes about 30 minutes approximately, following the coast.
The house is in an easily parking area, but it is important to note that there are access stairs, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
The maximum occupancy is 8 people, with the option for 2 to sleep on a sofa bed located in a common area on the top floor of the house, preferably for children.
In addition, it is important to consider the following rules:
Guests are expected to respect the privacy of neighbors and avoid any excessive noise.
The house is non-smoking.
Please use electricity and water responsibly.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Travel cot and high chair on request and at extra cost.
Guests are asked to follow the instructions for the proper use of facilities, such as the pool and loungers.
