Discover this cozy holiday apartment located in the exclusive San Juan de Capistrano urbanization in Nerja. An ideal accommodation to enjoy a relaxing stay on the Costa del Sol, surrounded by nature and featuring the charm of Andalusian style.

The apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, making it a perfect option for both couples and small families. It is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, ensuring comfort at any time of the year.

Its location, close to the mountains and within a quiet residential area, offers a peaceful atmosphere where you can disconnect from daily life.

You can enjoy a pleasant private terrace, ideal for having breakfast outdoors or relaxing at the end of the day, as well as a seasonal communal swimming pool in the urbanization, which is usually open from March or April until October 31, depending on Easter.

The urbanization also features pleasant shared garden areas, perfect for relaxing. According to community regulations, from 10:00 PM onwards, access to the gardens is restricted, they may only be used as a passage to the bars located in the inner area.

The accommodation includes a travel cot and high chair for babies upon request and for an additional cost.

During your stay, no meal or cleaning services are included. Upon arrival, the bed will be made and a set of towels will be provided per person. For stays longer than 9 nights, additional bed linen and towels will be left in the wardrobe.

We want you to enjoy your stay with complete privacy and peace of mind, so we will not be present during your stay. However, you will not be alone: we are a local real estate agency in Nerja and will be happy to assist you whenever needed during our office hours.

You can contact us from Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. On Sundays and public holidays, the office is closed, but we will do our best to ensure your experience is comfortable and worry-free.

Check-in is done independently via a keybox (lockbox) located at the entrance, allowing you to access the apartment conveniently.

Please note that access to the property involves a large number of steps (approximately 56), so it is NOT suitable for people with reduced mobility.

One week before arrival, you will receive a link to complete the online check-in. It must be fully completed, including signing the contract, in order to receive the access instructions. If it is not completed, the necessary information will not be provided and access to the apartment will not be possible.

We recommend completing this process at least one day in advance to ensure a quick, smooth, and hassle-free arrival.

Garden maintenance staff may access the private garden area of the property to carry out maintenance work during your stay.

Our apartment features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, which we especially recommend for children.

The terrace has only one sun lounger; no additional ones are provided.

For getting around, we recommend having a car, although there is a local bus stop very close by that connects you to different areas of the town and can be very useful.

The fireplace is decorative and the kitchen is small and open to the living room; the hob has two burners.
