Spectacular townhouse with a capacity for 12 people in the prestigious Tamango Hill urbanization. Enjoy a barbecue with family or friends, cool off in the pool on hot summer days, or relax while taking in the spectacular sea views that Casa Tizziano offers. This will make your vacation an unforgettable experience. The house is distributed over three floors; you enter through the front terrace, leading to the main and central floor, where there is a bedroom with a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen, and a living room that opens onto the pool terrace with sea views. On the lower floor, there are 4 more bedrooms and the remaining bathrooms, one of them with a Turkish bath inside one of the bedrooms that has a dressing room. In the common area of this floor, there is a sofa bed for 2 people. On the top floor, there is the attic with a double bed and access to a terrace. Due to the drought issue in the area, the municipality has decided to implement water supply cuts from 10:30 pm to 7 am.

Aspects to consider:

The pool is small but sufficient for refreshing.
There are construction works in front of the house.
The attic does not have a bathroom or air conditioning, but it has a fan.
The stairs to access the attic are very steep; please be cautious when going up and down.
The dryer is located inside the pool engine room, accessed through the bathroom on the ground floor.
The sofa bed in the common area and bunk beds are recommended for children.
During your stay, the pool maintenance staff may need to access the house to check or clean the pool.
There are only 2 sun loungers in the house.
One of the bedrooms on the ground floor does not have windows to the outside; it has a window facing another bedroom.
We are a real estate agency, PLAZA ESTATES, located in Nerja. We will not be present to ensure guests' privacy, but we are available from 10 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday and from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and holidays.

Minors always under the supervision of a responsible adult; there are windows, a balcony, a pool...
Mandatory online check-in or sending documentation to the host before arrival, as well as a postal address.
For stays of 28 nights or more, the guest pays for electricity.

Travel crib and high chair available on request and at an additional cost.
No parties or events allowed.
There is a gas bottle for the barbecue, but gas is not included. If you need to refill gas, it is your responsibility and cost.

Just about a 10-minute drive from the center of Nerja and all its services, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. The nearest beach, Güilche Beach, is approximately a 3-minute drive away.

It is necessary to use a car to get around the surroundings.
