General Terms and Conditions for Booking on our Vacation Rental Web Site
1. Subject matter
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "Conditions") govern the booking of accommodation through our holiday rental website https://plazaestates.es (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). By making a booking, the guest agrees to comply with and be bound by these Conditions.
2. Booking and Confirmation
2.1. To make a booking, the guest must complete the booking form on our Website and provide accurate and complete information.
2.2. The booking will be deemed to be confirmed when the guest receives a confirmation email including the booking details and terms and conditions.
2.3. The booking will be made for the holiday rental of the property between the Host, the owner of the property, and the guest. Plaza Estates will, unless otherwise specified, provide the intermediary services between the two parties.
3. Payment
3.1. The guest agrees to pay the total price of the booking in accordance with the rates and deadlines set out on the Website.
4. Cancellation
4.1. Cancellation policies will be specified on the Website and may vary from property to property and season to season.
4.2. The guest is responsible for reviewing and understanding the cancellation policies prior to booking.
5. Modifications and Changes
5.1. Any requests for modifications or changes to the booking must be made by emailing us at [email protected] and are subject to availability and approval.
5.2. We may charge additional fees for changes to the booking, in accordance with our policies.
6. Arrival and Departure
6.1. The guest must follow the stated arrival and departure procedures, which will be provided in the confirmation email.
6.2. Check-in and check-out times will be specified on the Website and must be adhered to.
7. Obligations of the Guest
7.1. The guest undertakes to use the property in a responsible manner and to respect the community rules, if any.
7.2. The guest is responsible for any damage caused during his/her stay and may be charged for such damage.
7.2 In the case of claims for any damage to the property, the guest must make the claim within a maximum period of 48 hours from access to the property, and the Agency shall not be held responsible for any claim that has not been made within this period.
7.3 For bookings made through book.plazaestates.es the guest is required to provide a damage deposit. Within a maximum of 14 days after their stay, the deposit will be returned to the guest by the same payment system by which the booking was made.
7.4. The guest undertakes to pay the deposit in the event of any damage occurring during their stay.
8. Responsibility
8.1. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury or accident that may occur during the guest's stay.
8.2. It is recommended that the guest purchase adequate travel insurance.
9. Privacy
9.1. Personal data provided by the guest will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.
10. Applicable Law
The parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, decide to submit any differences that may arise for the interpretation and fulfilment of this document to the Courts and Tribunals of Torrox. In the event that the parties have to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts to resolve any discrepancies that may arise in relation to the interpretation, execution or application of the present text, the Spanish version will be taken as valid, solely and exclusively, in accordance with Spanish Law.
11. Modification of the Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The updated versions will be published on the Website and will be applicable from the date of publication.
By making a reservation through our Website, the guest acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
