A space designed for your comfort

The apartment features a main bedroom with two single beds placed together on the same bed frame, providing a comfortable rest and adapting to the needs of our guests.

It also includes a full bathroom with a shower, where the washing machine is located for added convenience during your stay. The property offers a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a sofa bed, recommended mainly for children.

Private balcony with spectacular sea views

One of the main highlights of this accommodation is its wonderful balcony overlooking the sea, the perfect place to start your day with breakfast by the coast, relax with a drink at sunset, or simply enjoy the refreshing sea breeze.

You can admire the sea views from both the living room and the bedroom, making your stay here an even more special experience.

The balcony is equipped with a table and three chairs so you can comfortably enjoy the outdoor space. Due to its size, it is not possible to add a fourth chair.

Fully equipped kitchen for a comfortable stay

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals during your holiday. It includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils to make your stay as practical and comfortable as possible.

Accommodation capacity

The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 guests:

Up to 2 guests can sleep in the main bedroom.
The other 2 guests can use the sofa bed in the living room.

We mainly recommend using the sofa bed for children, as it provides greater comfort for family stays.

Important information about the swimming pool

The homeowners’ association is planning renovation works in the pool area. At present, there are no confirmed dates for the start or completion of these works.

It is estimated that these works may take place between 2026 and 2027. We kindly apologise for any inconvenience this situation may cause.

Air conditioning

The property has air conditioning provided by a single unit located in the hallway area between the living room and the bedroom.

By keeping the bedroom door open, the system allows the entire apartment to be comfortably cooled and maintained at a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.

Please note that there is no separate air conditioning unit inside the bedroom.

Arrival and access to the accommodation

To provide a comfortable and flexible arrival experience, all check-ins are carried out through a self check-in system.

Once your reservation has been confirmed, approximately one week before arrival, all guests will receive a link to complete the online check-in process.

This process is mandatory and must be completed until the final step, including:

Signing the accommodation agreements.
Providing the bank card details required to manage the security deposit for possible damages.

The security deposit will be refunded 14 days after the end of your stay, provided that no damage or incidents have occurred in the property.

We recommend completing the online check-in at least one day before arrival.

On the day of arrival, in the morning, and once the process has been completed correctly, you will receive all the necessary instructions to access the apartment.

If the online check-in has not been completed, access instructions cannot be provided.

Additional services

A travel cot and high chair are available upon prior request. This service is subject to availability and carries an additional cost.
